Canvas for the Sails

Quest · Niveau 60
I need cloth enough to dress eight masts, $N, and I will not put cheap weave on a hull this size. Bargemaster Rue keeps a barge at Ashfen Hollow that she has caulked every spring for four generations and never once sailed. Ask her what she uses to keep the damp out: it is the closest thing to proper sailcloth anyone dry-docked that far from the sea has ever needed. Then buy what Ashwright Tobin has of it.

Completion
Rue's caulking cloth, of all things. Oiled heavy enough to hold wind and shrug off spray, and she never once had to prove it at sea. It will dress every sail on this ship, $N, and somewhere a woman who has never sailed her own barge gets to say she helped build a frigate.
Objectives
Ask Bargemaster Rue about her caulking cloth × 1 Damping Cloth bought from Ashwright Tobin × 8
