Forty-six yards of hull wants forty-six yards worth of rigging, $N, and the strongest cordage I know of on this whole coast comes from something that spins it out of its own body and does not appreciate being asked twice. The foredge lurkers past the Bindery's drying racks spin a silk that takes a splice better than anything I have ever bought from a chandler. Thin their numbers for me.

This will rig a ship, $N: stronger than any honest rope has a right to be, and the lurkers will not miss it where they are going. The frigate has her bones, her joints, and now her lines. What she needs next is canvas, and I know exactly who still has some worth using.
