Cut Lines

Every rope a Brethren ship runs was laid on this walk, $C, and every night this month some of it has been cut. Redknives. When the Moot came to the Cove, most of the wreckers on the Keys signed the Common Article or sailed off. The holdouts did neither. They camp on the downs north-west of here, they will not sign, and they cut our lines to show us what they think of the articles. Show them what we think of cut lines. Ten of them.
