Three Marks for the Moot

A witnessed hand may ask to sign the Common Article, but not here and not today. A hand who would sign it brings the Moot the marks of three keys' captains, so the Moot knows the whole of the Keys will stand behind them. Captain Dorrit Lowtide holds Molasses Landing, up the causeway and north along the road into the Rumrunner Keys. Start with her. She will tell you what her mark costs. It will not be cheap, $N, and it should not be.
