Holding the Pass

You came up the west road from Pillarwatch, $N, so you have seen them: Frost-Bone Mutineers crawling over the pass below our walls. They were a squadron once, left in the glaciers when the sea fell. They mutinied when the ice closed in and died in it anyway, and now they have signed the Drowned Armada's articles, rebuilt out of the drake bones the ice gave back. Break eight of them, and Cloudreach Bastion will have room to breathe.
