Clappers for the Bell-Line

The Drowned Bell-Line runs down the west shore: buoy after buoy, each with a bell on it, chained to the reef where our lamp-fleet went down. The storms tear the clappers loose and throw them up on the sand, and a bell with no clapper warns nobody off the rocks. Gather six Barnacled Bell Clappers from the west beach and take them to Sennet Ninefathom. He dives the line and hangs them back.
