Raise Bone Mage

Spends 2 Soul Fragments to add a persistent ranged Bone Mage to your 2-slot Dominion. Only one may serve you. Its attacks expose the target to 5% more magic damage for 6 sec, and Reaping Command raises that weakness to 8%.
