The Page of Hours
cq_mage_4_1The Page of Hours
Quest · Level 40
There is a rite every magister of the Spire passes, $N, and I have put off telling you about it: the Rite of the Hour. We learn to make time heavy for the space of a breath, and we learn it from the Page of Hours, the third chapter of the Codex. Tamsin has torn that page out too, and it came to rest in the Undertide Reaches, where tomorrow washes up on the tide. Mira Fenlock, a dateglass conservator north of Lowwater, has seen it. Go and hear what it showed her.

Completion
You are the one in the glass. I saw your hand on this door three days before you knocked, $N. The page came through here with a young woman who would not let me touch it. She asked the dateglass one question: what the last chapter costs. Then she looked at the answer, and she ran.
