Patch 0.48.4Knots on the Seals
cq_rogue_1_2Knots on the Seals
Quest · Level 10
The Blank-Seal Couriers walk the old road from Holt Watch to the Blank Procession, carrying orders nobody sent. Every one I have opened is tied off with Silk's knot. Put 8 of them back in the barrows, $N. If the Hand truly sent them, the knots will keep coming. If it did not, they will stop.

Completion
Not a single new knot since you went out. Then it was never the Hand. Somebody is dressing those orders in its silk, and the pressure left on the blank pages points to one sender.
