QUEST / GROUP QUEST
Patch 0.48.4The Empty Tide
cq_rogue_4_3The Empty Tide
Group quest · Level 40
The Empty-Tide Callers carry the last of the casks across the Last Pool and pour it into the tide they call. Break 6 of them, $N, and take two friends; that tide drowns the strong as easily as the weak. Then carry the vials and my surgeon's notes to your Silk. What a rogue makes of them is her own affair.

Completion
No more of his casks, then. Not one more of mine dies without a word. Keelhaven's surgeon saw what Quill never did: cut thin enough, the silence is brief, and the voice comes back. This is Hushvenom. Strike a caster with it and the spell dies in their throat for a few heartbeats. We do not steal voices, $N. We borrow them, and we give them back.
