Kaia's letter says a shaman does not fight the water. She frees it from whatever it was made to hold. Around the Drowned Chapel the water holds the Drowned Dead, the tithe the Gravecallers poured into it, and it feeds the Bog Bloats the rot it should have washed away. Lay 8 of the Drowned Dead to rest and burst 6 of the Bog Bloats, $N, and the fen may remember how to run.
