Group quest · Level 60
Oris, the Voice of the Final Binding, stands at the Threshold and means to speak the first word as a command, once and for all time. If he does, nothing in this world will ever be asked again. Gather others, $N; his is the strongest voice in this place. Silence him. Then go home to your Speaker. She has been carrying something for you for a long time.

Completion
Aru heard you. I know, because this morning the four winds came to the Hall all at once and sat down in the ring like old friends. That is the legacy, $N: not that you can command the elements, but that they come when you ask. Take my windstone. My teacher hung it on me, and her teacher on her, all the way back to someone who listened first. Now it is yours to pass on.
