Patch 0.48.4The Legacy
cq_warrior_5_3The Legacy
Group quest · Level 60
The Unposted Captain holds the far end of the wall and musters our dead to stand it with him. Hale says he was the first of you, $N: the warden who came to the Gate before there was a Gate, and who has never believed that nobody sent him. End his watch. Take whoever will stand with you. Then go home to Brannoc, because he has one last thing to give you.

Completion
He is at rest, and the wall is held by people who chose it. That is the whole of the Iron Oath, $N, and now it is yours to pass on. Take Hale's Oath, the medallion I swore on. I have worn it for thirty years and I am done carrying it. When someone young comes to you and asks why you stand, tell them the truth: because you choose to.
