The Unbroken Cipher

Something has claimed the deep well near the Unbroken Rim, $N, a cipher wraith grown stubborn enough that the fen folk call it by the whole cipher's name, out of respect or fear, I am never sure which. Eight ordinary wraiths keep it company. Clear the ring, then put down whatever it's become, and Wellmoor keeps its deepest well.
