My ravens cross the Veil in two hours with a good wind, $N, and they come in to roost on the Dawnwatch bluff before the last leg home. Lately they come in and do not leave. Chalkbluff jackals have learned to wait in the grass for a tired bird. Kill eight of them before I am down to carrier pigeons.
