Better Air Elsewhere

Quest · Level 12

I have held my breath under this island more times than I have slept in a proper bed, $N, pulling drowning people out of flooded cellars every time a break opens. Warden Coalfast will not let his divers wander off without leave, so ask him for mine. Then take me out past the Riftfields to the shoal where I once pulled a sailor out of a real wreck, not a rift. I want open water instead of flooded cellars.

Completion

Coalfast grumbled, but he let me go, and that dive was the cleanest one I have made in a year: no breach, no rift, just water. Take me with you, $N. I would rather drown fairly than survive another break.

Objectives

Ask Warden Coalfast for leave to go × 1 Dive the shoal past the Riftfields × 1
