The trail runs north from the steppe, $N, to the Rimeward Tundra, where the Crown-Antler Elk run. They are the First Antler's northern herd, and they have stopped running. The refugees say the elk stand at the Two Thrones wearing crowns that are not antler. Nemi Twice-Named finds the paths for both refugee camps and watches the herd every day. Go to her and ask what the herd is doing there.
