The charter captains came back from past the last page with the same story, $N: white bluffs where the charts go blank, and a whole country behind them that no crown has inked a claim on. The free crews who reached it first call it Novalia. Set a southwest course out of the cove for Novalia on your sea chart, and keep going through the haze they call the Veil until the bluffs rise out of it. Port Novalia sits in the cove on their western face. Ask for Captain Vaelen there.

Completion

Another sail out of the Veil, and a steady one. Welcome to Port Novalia, $N, the free port. This quay, this terrace and that graveyard are all the land the living hold on this coast so far. Everything past them is unwritten, and most of it is trying to kill us. The articles are nailed up on the quay. Sign them or not, as you please, but nobody here sails under anyone else.
