The heart-cores were a coral, $N, and it does not stay in the sea. On the downs east of the ring road the grass has gone white, and things made of coral walk there: Coral Shamblers, grown out of the dead. Bring me six Calcified Coral Polyps from them. If I can learn how it spreads, I can learn how to stop it reaching the port.
