The Back Way In
cq_rogue_3_1The Back Way In
Quest · Level 30
The Mayor's bills of sale were paid through the Grave-Tide Smugglers of Saltgrave Sound, $N, who buy the names of the dead off drowned ships and sell them farther down the coast. The Ledger is in their hands. I am sure of it. We are going to steal it back. Neris Null charts the places that are on no map, out at the Absent Harbor, and a woman like that always knows the back way in. Find her, and do not tell her more than she needs.

Silk wants the smugglers' cache? It is on no chart, $N, which is why I have charted it twice. They keep their best cargo lashed to the funeral masts that walk the shore at low tide, where no honest thief would ever look. But you do not rob a hold while its crew is awake.
